DESCRIPTION:We know that going through adolescence can be difficult, and even more so for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Often a loss can lead to chronic depression, anxiety, and feelings of complete isolation. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way…\nIf you are between 13-19 years of age and grieving the death of a loved one, then come join us for a life-changing adventure on Vancouver Island from May 12-15, 2023. Be prepared to experience connection, healing, and hope. You’ll be glad you did!\nMany of our past participants from former years will be the first to say that going to a Camp Kerry retreat changed their lives. Many of these youth are still connected with one another today – some for more than ten years!\nDuring the youth retreat, participants will experience three nights in lakefront accommodation on Vancouver island, daily activities, such as canoeing, hiking, and campfires as well as an array of healing modalities including Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Peer Support Groups, Individual Counselling, and much much more.\n
