DESCRIPTION:Interlude: A Holiday Grief Gathering on Saturday, December 9th. \n\nThis “mini-retreat” day will offer six different online sessions designed to help those who are grieving to connect with a supportive community and to re-charge from the stress of the holiday season. All sessions will be facilitated by members of Lumara’s counselling team. You can choose to attend one session or participate in several sessions.\nIn lieu of a registration fee, we ask that participants consider making a donation to the Society in line with their own comfort level.
