DESCRIPTION:Lumara Head Office, Parksville BC\nMonday, July 29, 2024, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm\nGrief can be an isolating journey filled with a variety of complex emotions. Music can be a safe container to hold this space. Songwriting offers a unique therapeutic avenue for expressing grief.  \nIn this in-person and interactive workshop, we will explore songwriting together by writing and recording a song collaboratively. No previous songwriting or musical experience is necessary. The session will be led by a certified music therapist.\nRegistration Fee: $20\nRegistration Fee: As always, fee subsidies are available to ensure that our programs are accessible to everyone.
