SUMMARY:Connections: Youth Virtual Grief Support Groups
DESCRIPTION:Oct. 13th – Nov. 17th 2020\nTuesdays online from 4PM – 5:30PM PST, 7PM – 8:30PM EST, 8PM – 9:30PM ATL\nEach week, participants will be able to choose a new outdoor challenge to complete with someone in their “bubble”. During our weekly virtual meetings, participants will have a chance to share the outcome of their challenge with the group. Through reflection, participants can apply their learnings from nature and the outdoors to help cope with current stressors and grief-related fears/worries. The structured part of the group will last for 1 hour, with the option to stay online for a half hour of informal ‘hang out’ time.\n
